Unlike your average cleaning company, we are loyal to our customers and don’t wish to overcharge you. We strongly believe in charging hourly so that you get exactly what you pay for. There are never any hidden fees.

We recommend booking your appointment as soon as you know you need us! All appointments scheduled after 3pm the day before the appointment as well as same day appointments will be charged one and a half to two times as much as the regular cleaning rate. 

We mainly service Jacksonville. However, surrounding areas are also available for our cleaning services at a small service fee.

Yes. Same day appointments are available, but they are limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis. All appointments scheduled the same day will be charged one and a half to two times as much as the regular cleaning rate. 

Nope! We are here when you need us, whether that be only once or as a recurring service.

• A non-refundable deposit of $50 is due within 24 hours after booking your appointment. All clients will be required to sign a credit/debit card authorization form and the deposit will be credited to the total balance after the job is complete.
• If you cancel your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited. No call/no show may result in being banned from future bookings.
• Please allow a 10-15 minute grace period for us to arrive (we are prompt a majority of the time, but please be considerate of the fact that we may be finishing up with another client).
• Cleaning rates are charged by the hour.
• We rely upon your complete honesty to provide phone estimates and to determine approximately how long it may take to complete a job. Additional tasks that we are not aware of may require more time which can result in extra rates.
• All appointments that are scheduled before 8am or after 6pm will be charged one and a half to two times regular cleaning rate.

Rag to Riches Cleaning Solutions requires a $50 deposit to start, and the rest is billed once we are finished.

We accept all major credit cards and cash. We do not accept checks. 

If you choose to cancel after confirming your appointment, you forfeit your deposit and will be charged 50% of the expected cleaning rate.

A basic cleaning is a surface-level cleaning that is recommended for homes or buildings that are in fairly good condition. A deep cleaning goes beyond surface-level cleaning and is recommended for homes or buildings that are heavily soiled, corroded, or in very bad condition.
